As to Genocide, if you believe that, how is Putin not also guilty of genocide? Maybe everybody should take a page from the Houthi rebel playbook and attack Black Sea ships to interfere in Russia's attack on Ukraine?

Its an attempted blockade but I dont know that it is indiscriminate or if US ships have been attacked (they probably will be soon if not). The blockade is in response to Israel's attack on Gaza. If it succeeds the powers that be may pressure Israel to stop and allow aid in. I call that interference.

The acts in Gaza are there for everyone to see, the intent comes from the speeches of Israeli politicians, military, and bureaucrats with big mouths. Who surrendered depends on perspective, the Ukrainian peace negotiator described Putin as panicked over making the mistake of attacking and desperate to make a deal. But the deal was basically Minsk giving self-determination to the Donbas with Crimea on the table in the future. If that happens the people of the Donbas and Crimea win, but right now they all lost. Yay America! Best $$$ we could spend. Killing off thousands of Nazis and Russians with pieces of paper.

Boris Akunin: Russia designates author ‘foreign agent’

​ Russia has designated Boris Akunin, one of the country's most popular novelists, a foreign agent. Mr Akunin was added to a register of "terrorists and extremists" by Russia's justice ministry over his objections to Russia's invasion of Ukraine. The 67-year-old is well-known for his longstanding criticism of President Vladimir Putin. Prior to the war, Mr Akunin's detective novels were best-sellers in Russia, until authorities banned his books. The justice ministry said in a statement that Mr Akunin - whose real name is Grigory Chkhartishvili - "opposed the special military operation in Ukraine". The ministry added that Mr Akunin had "disseminated false information aimed at creating a negative image" of Russia and its army. It also accused him of helping to raise funds to support the Ukrainian military.​
On the day Russia launched its full-scale invasion of Ukraine, Mr Akunin wrote: "Russia is ruled by a psychologically deranged dictator and worst of all, it obediently follows his paranoia." The "foreign agent" label, which is reminiscent of the term "enemies of the people" of the Soviet era, requires those who are branded "foreign agents" to identify themselves as such on social media and other publications.
