Our fathers killed millions of Germans and Japanese based on the principle of self defense. It wasn't Russia attacking the Donbas in 2014, that was our Nazi army. After repeated pleas for help Russia intervened later that year to prevent the Nazis from conquering the Donbas and peace talks began. A deal that would have kept the Donbas in Ukraine as a safe haven from right wing nationalists who want to culturally cleanse Ukraine... You know, our Nazi allies. But Joe really does want peace, he does. Of course peace would mean shutting down much of the money laundering circling back to politicians and donors here at home. Well, much of the money never leaves the country, just goes straight to the people who make weapons.
