I posted this in the other thread.... criminal charges are pending against the Trump organization by the Manhatten District Attorney's office. These are potentially state level charges and the first of their kind in a state. There could be multiple other states, including Virginia and Pennsylvania that may have criminal probes of Trump, his organization and others surrounding him or his illegal activity. A President can be indicted while legally in office. There is nothing in the constitution that prohibits it.
