Nah, just found it.
The protective order is for the evidence and... I quote... "prevent(ing) the unauthorized disclosure or dissemination of discovery provided by the government" because of national security concerns. Which one would expect re: evidence of a secret, even classified, nature.

The problem for Mueller is that the judge will decide on that. The defendant has the right to see the evidence against him and how it was obtained. 1. Evidence is of matters of national security
2. It is aimed at the defense, especially since
