Yes, people lie... I've noticed most or all these people being accused of sexual misconduct denied the accusations and thats not surprising. But most people dont bear false witness. I believe the same number of women have accused both Franken and Moore, if I was a juror and the prosecution paraded 8 women before me all accusing the defendant of sexual misconduct with other witnesses supporting their stories, that defendant wouldn't be walking away from that court room if I can help it.

It's already been cited. The only thing that's real about that signature is that some dude name Roy or Ray signed that yearbook. Perhaps it was Roy Orbison. Who knows?

So she forged the signature. All we have to go on, the part that's actually in the same ink as the rest of the signature is that it was signed by a Ray or a Roy. That's it. Adding "Moore" to the signature renders the entire thing a forgery and inadmissible.

Indeed. So is evidentiary. Altering the signature renders the whole thing moot. All we have is her word that she only altered it so far and no further.
