      • Actually even a Trumpist Jury member on Fox said that she couldn't do anything else but vote for guilty in all 18 accounts, because the paper trail was so convincing.

But to quote myself (with some additions) from a previous posting (that unfortunately was blocked some time due to the forums spam filter and now is on the previous page) regarding said Trumpist:

It may well be that she is a TINO/RINO who was paid by trhe Democrats and/or Mueller to vote pro guilty ... togetehr with all the other RINOs/TINOs in the jury
(except for the single upright american who was uncorruptible by the democrats money in at least half of the cases (and must have been tricked by he democrats and RINOs in the remaining 8 cases in order to vote yes))

You've got to be kidding me! They had a strong case with substantial evidence. They got guilty verdicts on eight charges and are likely to retry him for the other ten since there was just one hold out. And Manafort faces another trial in DC later next month. How the **** is this a hoax or for political purposes? He didn't pay his taxes and committed all sorts of other kinds of fraud. He is nothing more than a career criminal, like the fool in the oval office.

And rather it's Michael Cohen that should be even more concerning to you. He is cooperating with Mueller. His own attorney say that. Cohen also pointed the finger at Trump under oath in the committing of a felony. So your dear dingbat of a leader is now an unindicted (for now) co-conspirator.

                • David Pecker, the owner of American Media Inc (which owns the national enquirer) just received immunity from federal prosecutors. Pecker is linked to Michael Cohen and of course Donald Trump himself. The criminal case is growing. I think Trumps business partners and friends are first. Then his family members will be next.

So much for Hillarys emails, statues, and safe sex ed books.

So anyone wanna take bets on who gets prosecuted next? It will be like fantasy football.

                  • So, it turns out that the statute of limitations for Federal Election laws is 5 years. Since the payouts happened in October of 2016, the Justice Dept. has until October of 2021 to indict Trump.

Since the Justice Dept. policy is that a sitting President cannot be indicted, Trump can skate this incident if he can get himself re-elected. If he is a 1 term President, he would be out of office on Jan. 21, 2021. This would give Justice 9 months to indict. So, now Trump REALLY REALLY needs to get re-elected. I wonder if there are enough Kidiots to save him.

On Trump's last day in the White House, the CIA needs to grab his p*ss**** and slap cuffs on him. Or else he'll escape to Russia or North Korea,

                          • There is some question whether a sitting President can be indicted?

There is no clear answer of whether it's a yes or no.

                            http://time.com/5206281/joseph-digen...dent-indicted/

Joseph DiGenova argued in the past a sitting President can be indicted. DiGenova is Trump's current attorney.

                            http://time.com/5374631/trump-cohen-...t-impeachment/

The text of the Constitution does not explicitly state whether a President can be prosecuted while in office, instead spelling out a mechanism for Congress to impeach and remove a President for “high crime and misdemeanors.” Though the Supreme Court heard arguments in 1974 about the issue in regards to Nixon, it never resolved the question and no court has ever ruled on it one way or another.
It's not unconstitutional, and NO court has ever said one way or another as to whether a sitting President can be indicted.

It's just never been done before. But we're in a historical time.

I say he could possibly be indicted even while sitting in office. Some may say could he then pardon himself? Not if he's indicted in state court like what could happen with Paul Manafort...

In other words, we're heading down an unknown path here. There is NO (ZERO) precedent one way or another, because this has never happened before. And when there was the possibility of it happening, then-President Richard Nixon resigned.

I still strongly believe that we'll do to Trump, what South Korea did to ultra-conservative President Park Geun-Hye. Prison.

                          • Trump can no longer expect Pecker to stand up for him.

                            Trump's Pecker has gone limp.

Pecker spills his jizz on Trump.

David Pecker, the head of the company that publishes the National Enquirer, was granted immunity in the federal investigation into President Donald Trump’s former attorney Michael Cohen in exchange for providing information on hush money deals, according to the Wall Street Journal.
