  • Turns out that CBF had a second door added to her house in 2008, not on 2012 as she testified.
The Fords bought the house on June 20, 2007. And the “very extensive, very long remodel,” including the second front door, were completed under a building permit granted in 2008.

So a natural question is why, four years after the remodeling, which also added two rooms and a bathroom, is the installation of that second door still such a bone of contention between the couple that it was an issue in the counseling they were undergoing in May 2012?

One key may be Ford’s continuing testimony to Feinstein, after describing the aesthetic difficulties “from the curb.”

FEINSTEIN: “I see. And do you have that second front door?”

    FORD: “Yes.”

    FEINSTEIN: “It…”

FORD: “It — it now is a place to host Google interns. Because we live near Google, so we get to have — other students can live there.”

Now that she mentions it, the additional remodeling in effect added a self-contained unit to the house, with its own entrance, perfect for “hosting” or even possibly renting, in violation of the local zoning. Perhaps a professional office might be a perfect use, if an illegal one. And in the tight Palo Alto real estate market, there are a lot of games played for some serious income.

This rotten little incel keeps posting quotes that he isn't supporting with proper citation.

Of course it is a national disgrace.
The question is just, for what reason.

Already the fact that the democrats got the background popers on Kavanaugh just mere hours before the first voting (with not much time to even sight a fraction of them) and that those background papers were filtered by someone with connections to Kavanaugh make it a diusgrace.

The fact that Kavanaugh exploded into conspiracy theories against the Democrats and the Clintons during his hearing also make it a nationakl disgrace, as it is hard to quite trust such a partisan judge to really render objective judgements.
Even a good ascquaintance of Kavanaugh writes so:
This is an article I never imagined myself writing, that I never wanted to write, that I wish I could not write.

i.e. this person doesn't think that the allegations by Christine Ford are necessary grounds to disqualify Kavanaugh (as they are hard/impossible to prove) ... but the fact that Kavanaugh exploded into his conspiracy theoiries during the hearing is a clear reason to disqualify Kavanaugh.

He would even be confident of confirmation if the FBI report says, that there is proof that Kavanugh lied and that there is a high probability that he molested Dr. Ford
He has to be confident (in an attempt to get the republican swing voters in a mood to vote for Kavanaugh), because he lacks the time to properly build up another candidate for voting.

And he needs Kavanaugh in order to save him from Mueller

What poll is that? Or just another you made up? No poll says 56% believe that.

The courts should be independent and technocratic. Trump is destroying judicial independence. You republicans have overstepped your boundaries.

We will see about that. Enjoy the political bloodbath in November. And what "president"? The last president we had was Obama. Oh you mean... The idiot occupying the white house...

I don't think reasonable people would call this a "national disgrace" if the Democrats did not bring forth a false accuser at the 11th hour. Or maybe they would because of the way the Democrats behaved before that. Even RBG believes that it's a disgrace.

But that's me I guess ... and you still believe all women, but not evidence.

You aren't reasonable nor are people supporting Trump and Kavanaugh.

Ford is not a false accuser.

The intoxicated state of the birds is due to berries fermenting ahead of time due to an earlier than usual frost.

Younger birds cannot handle the toxins as well as older birds, local police chief Ty Techar said in a statement.

"There is no need to call law enforcement about these birds as they should sober up within a short period of time," he added.

                        • Editor's Note:Kelley Paul is the wife of Sen. Rand Paul of Kentucky. The opinions expressed in this commentary are hers.
(CNN) — An open letter to Senator Cory Booker:

Kelley Paul and Senator Rand Paul.
It's nine o'clock at night, and as I watch out the window, a sheriff's car slowly drives past my home. I am grateful that they have offered to do extra patrols, as someone just posted our home address, and Rand's cell number, on the internet -- all part of a broader effort to intimidate and threaten Republican members of Congress and their families. I now keep a loaded gun by my bed. Our security systems have had to be expanded. I have never felt this way in my life.
In the last 18 months, our family has experienced violence and threats of violence at a horrifying level. I will never forget the morning of the shooting at the congressional baseball practice, the pure relief and gratitude that flooded me when I realized that Rand was okay.
Related Article: In Cory Booker's call for activism, context matters
He was not okay last November, when a violent and unstable man attacked him from behind while he was working in our yard, breaking six ribs and leaving him with lung damage and multiple bouts of pneumonia. Kentucky's secretary of state, Alison Lundergan Grimes, recently joked about it in a speech. MSNBC commentator Kasie Hunt laughingly said on air that Rand's assault was one of her "favorite stories." Cher, Bette Midler, and others have lauded his attacker on Twitter. I hope that these women never have to watch someone they love struggle to move or even breathe for months on end.
Earlier this week, Rand was besieged in the airport by activists "getting up in his face," as you, Senator Booker, encouraged them to do a few months ago.Preventing someone from moving forward, thrusting your middle finger in their face, screaming vitriol -- is this the way to express concern or enact change? Or does it only incite unstable people to violence, making them feel that assaulting a person is somehow politically justifiable?
The Democrats treat women very badly.

Oh please. Republicans rape women. For every instance you can find abuse from a Democrat, there are ten cases of republicans doing the same. Republicans have been excusing rape since Clayton Williams... Who said "rape is like weather, you might as well enjoy it" (paraphrased).

Republicans are ****ing vile. They want women to be house wives and never leave the home. They want men to make 40% more with no equity.
