Also, yes, I agree there are a lot of crazy American conservatives (the guys who say we need a violent overthrow of the government because there is a black president) but once people are citizens it is impossible to deport them for obvious reason. This why it is even more important to try to prevent extremists or peoe who support extremists out. Once they're in it is often too late to get rid of them.

Rather than trying to prevent conversation about topics you don't like how about you use facts and logic to show the questions raised aren't real or are some how invalid. Originally posted by Dinner View PostMobius, please learn to read. It lists designated terrorist groups, all of the major ones, and breaks it down by country and by group. Yes, exactly which groups are supported varies by country but in total the numbers average 30% to 40% in total. Please start being honest or stop running your mouth if you don't understand the results.
Because I already explained to you that - using your poll - Al Qaeda and the Taliban (the really bad ones) only receive 13% support. Hamas and Hezb are much more than simply terrorist orgs, so it is entirely likely they are supported for many reasons other than just simply 'terrism', hence their higher levels of support...
Also 13+13+32+26/4 does not equal "30 to 40%" (Clue: 21)
Also, I'd be tempted to remove the obviously skewed opinions of pollsters from Palestine, Egypt, Lebanon and Jordan, considering they've been terrorised by the Israelis off and on for the last almost 70 years..."Aha, you must have supported the Iraq war and wear underpants made out of firearms, just like every other American!" Neither one is good.
Apparently only 7.5% of the population of France is muslim. So, even assuming that 100% of the muslims are sympathetic to ISIS, that still means that MORE non-muslims are sympathetic to ISIS in France, than muslims...!?
Maybe it's not the muslims who are the problem after all!? Shock!"Aha, you must have supported the Iraq war and wear underpants made out of firearms, just like every other American!" Loinburger

Hell, I've already pointed out that a similar % of your own country is actively considering an armed revolution against its elected govt, and your response is 'meh, they're already here'...!?

42% of your country believes in creationism, for example.
Also 'support' doesn't equate to action. I imagine many at that age are probably immature guys fantasising over the fact that if you're in ISIS you can buy sex slaves for less than $100..."Aha, you must have supported the Iraq war and wear underpants made out of firearms, just like every other American!" what does 'support a terrorist organisation' mean?
does it mean: have some sympathy with the aims of x organisation, or; be prepared to provide money or other help to them, or; be prepared to actively take part in their activities? i suspect that most would be in the first group, with a far smaller proportion in the second and a really tiny amount of people in the third.
i wonder what the numbers would have looked like if you had asked americans about their views on the IRA during the troubles."The Christian way has not been tried and found wanting, it has been found to be hard and left untried" - GK Chesterton.
