For those who aspire to live in a high cost, high tax, big government place, our nation and the world offers plenty of options. Vermont, Canada and Venezuela all offer you the opportunity to live in the socialist, big government paradise you long for. –Senator Rubio

But saying something like "Someone should just kill X" while hanging out with some friends hundreds of miles from where X lives is not actionable.

The continuing existence of Fox news is a good counter example.“It is no use trying to 'see through' first principles. If you see through everything, then everything is transparent. But a wholly transparent world is an invisible world. To 'see through' all things is the same as not to see.”

The secret service doesn't waste its time interviewing people who joke about killing the president unless they actually think the person is loony enough to try it. Admittedly their standard for thinking someone might try it is probably looser than it should be but you aren't gonna have the popo knocking just cause you told an assassination joke and someone heard you. Even when they do come around (rare but not unheard of) there's never an arrest, they basically just confirm you aren't some schizophrenic dude like the guy who shot Reagan and go on their way.If there is no sound in space, how come you can hear the lasers?

Yeah, you can never be too careful with those high school girls and their dangerous tweets..

End of the day it's common sense for the secret service to investigate possible threats considering the number of presidents you've had murdered in the past, but please spare me the pretense that it isn't a restriction of free speech, because it is.

How hero Muslim shop assistant hid customers in freezer of Jewish deli after Islamic gunman raided supermarket
...Lassana Bathily, 24, originally from Mali in west Africa, guided terrified customers to safety in a supermarket chiller at the Hyper Cacher supermarket in Porte de Vincennes, Paris, yesterday.
He has since been praised for his quick-thinking and bravery after 15 hostages, which reportedly included two children, escaped the ordeal, in which gunman Amedy Coulibaly was killed as he attempted to flee.
Using a goods lift he escaped and was able to give the police valuable information about what was happening inside and where the hostages were hiding.
Shy and reluctant to tell his story, Mr Bathily, who went to school in Paris, admitted that after the shoot-out many of the customers came to shake his hand and thank him for what he did.
Today his picture – labelled Malian Muslim – has been tweeted around the world as a symbol of the good of people united against terrorism, and there have been calls for him to be awarded the French Medal of Honour for his bravery...There's nothing wrong with the dream, my friend, the problem lies with the dreamer.

And yet another terrorist attack. This time the barbarians fire bombed a newspaper in Germany which dared to reprint the Mohammed cartoons. Isn't it time western countries stopped allow more Muslims into their countries? At some point you just have to recognize you made a mistake and then stop making the mistake. No one has a right to immigrate so you just say no more and start deporting those who are not citizens but on temperary visas of one kind or another. Start draining the swamp.
Quota systems have served well in the past and could do so again. Just allocate zero for a quota for an country that is majority muslim.Last edited by Dinner; January 12, 2015, 04:06.Try http://wordforge.net/index.php for discussion and debate.

What about that Christian loony Anders Breivik!? Should all Norwegian Christians now voluntarily evict themselves from their own country - starting with Nikolai!!?
Charlie Hebdo: Norway's Christians didn't have to apologise for Anders Breivik, and it's the same for Muslims now
It's as if no one in any Western country has ever gone berserk with a gun in a public place before.
Why don't you start by ****ing off back to where you came from originally - I'm sure the Native Americans would be grateful if all the descendents of the terrorist aggressors that stole their country ****ed off home?
You're acting like a simple-minded imbecile (Oerdim?), who is falling precisely into the trap of 'Us Vs Them' hatred that the terrorists want...
The policeman that the terrorists executed on the pavement was a Muslim. A Muslim helped many people in the hostage siege hide from the gunman...Last edited by I AM MOBIUS; January 12, 2015, 06:57."Aha, you must have supported the Iraq war and wear underpants made out of firearms, just like every other American!" In fact, of all the 'dodgy' areas in Cardiff, the vast majority of the trouble is caused by white people. By 'dodgy', I mean areas where you're safe during the day, but might want to be careful at night - not actual 'no-go' areas..."Aha, you must have supported the Iraq war and wear underpants made out of firearms, just like every other American!"
