Man you really ARE a piece of work - I acknowledged my error and corrected the 1966 amount - you still haven't admitted your error in 1986.
The average from 1918 to 2006 is 5.9. Without the 0 and 15 it is 5.5. So it is above average by about 50% - this year is essentially 1986 slightly improved upon.
Also considering this year had 36 senate seats decided on instead of the 33 that it was supposed to have - doesn't that make this year irrelevant too due to the extra seats
