Yes I have and they aren't considered to be psycho-active in the way that dope is. The crucial point is the why - I'm not taking NSAIDS to alter perception. Dope otoh. I know folks who have untreated pain issues requiring surgery and they are deliberately avoiding surgical treatment and arguing that 'dope takes the pain away'. They are actually on disability because of the untreated pain issues that could be treated with a surgery (that is not even all that complicated), just a reset of the clavicle.
