That when those are the kinds of realities you have to deal with, perhaps it's a bit of a ****ty attitude to have when you focus purely on how unfair the world is for men? A couple of dozen potential rapists in a college year, and even if one of them actually rapes someone, by your reasoning unless the college can prove it 100% they have to leave that guy living and studying side by side with their victim and hundreds of other potential targets.

Damn right if a guy gets falsely accused and kicked out of college then that's a terrible travesty and the college boards that consider that stuff should be using as high a standards as they can, but the priority is always going to be to protect rape victims and potential rape victims, because getting raped is a hell of a lot more damaging than getting kicked out of college.

Being kicked out of college wouldn't be a criminal record you'd have to disclose to potential employers. Obviously not being able to get a degree would be a terrible hit though.
