No, that's what you're talking about based on a couple of provocative headlines. You weren't in the university meetings where they considered the cases, you're just assuming this supports your overall cause. You didn't answer my questions btw..

"More likely than not" is the standard used to establish guilt. You have no clue, and you don't care. Frankly I don't care about you continuous attempt at getting people to abandon all reason.

i don't think you understand what you are talking about. at the risk of repeating myself, there are many bodies which deal with conduct, in universities, workplaces, public services etc. and which use their own standards for determining matters of fact, based on the available evidence. these are completely separate from the criminal courts and therefore it should be a surprise to no one that different standards are used. if you were to argue that all these bodies should use criminal law evidential standards in all cases, then that would at least be consistent. however, it seems that you just want to talk about one kind of case.

I'm wondering why you think innocent kids aren't kicked out of college. That has nothing to do with you repeating yourself.

            • in any human run system there will always be mistakes. so it's certainly possible that some people are kicked out of colleges unjustly. i don't see what your point is here though.

It should be understood that if no mistakes are made up to 49% found guilty are innocent. So, I'm not even talking about mistakez, but there will indeed be mistakes.

Don't tell me what I care about you crazy old bastard. If all you want to do is stand and preach at people without having to answer their counterpoints and questions, then you may as well **** off to Westboro, I hear there's a vacancy.

As I said before, I have real moral issues with one gender being presumed guilty over another, however it's not enough to just rant about it, you have to be able to accept that there's a reason why things like this happen, and if you want to stop it, suggest a better, fairer way. Because if all you've got is 'Don't kick anyone out of college unless they're proven guilty to court standards' then you just made a lot of innocent girls get raped. It really is that simple.

ok, it's very clear that you haven't a clue what you're talking about. i can only encourage you to do some research and try to apply a little critical thinking to what you've just said.

I should have known you were too much of a ***** to actually stand up and face an issue. It's much more your recent style to just ***** and cry about bull****.
