Yeah, I score 100/100 on all the citizenship tests. And I did score well on my SATs. It's just going to take time like it took my uncle and cousins who are all American citizens.

Naturalization only occurs if you don't become a citizen at birth. It's pretty clear.

This statement appears nowhere in your source document. Cruz is a naturalized citizen. You cannot be a natural born citizen of more than one country. Cruz - due to being born in Canada is a natural born Canadian citizen, who possesses Canadian citizenship and is eligible to run for any public office there.

I'm tickled that an act specifically titled the naturalization act is considered not to create naturalized citizens. And, which, btw, doesn't actually apply to Cruz. By that law, Cruz is still ineligible.
