You're making the contextualist argument, 'Christ was only speaking was was true for that time, and not now'. Actually reading the text shows that Jesus was speaking contrary to what was true for that time (then and now), and that the people didn't like what Christ had to say about marriage. Again - we see the same thing today.

People don't like the argument that marriage is for one man and one woman is for life. Then as now - that hasn't changed. You might argue that Jesus 'didn't really mean one man and one woman'. But then you were never really interested in what Jesus actually says.
