So I've gone from Normandy blends to stir fry blends, which have a larger variety of veggies. I've also added frozen berries and other fruits, to which I add a bit of sugar and some spices. I microwave them at work, and they make their own sauce. Unsalted mixed nuts replaced the smokehouse almonds, and I'm still slamming the V8. I add a bit of salmon or black beans, maybe leftover chicken or beef if I have any. With the veggies providing the bulk I'm not feeling any hunger, though I do get protein cravings, so I upped that.
