If there is no sound in space, how come you can hear the lasers?

You could have at least picked an MBT that wasn't burdened with voluminous historical evidence of its inferiority to the T-34.

Actually, for fun an Abrams could just ram it to death and let it blast away. Not likely the T-34 could even achieve a mobility kill without sheer luck and slack movement by the Abrams crew.

            True.

Speaking of which, I'd like to nominate the M1A2 for best tank ever. So far, the only thing that seems to be able to decisively put them out of action is either a stationary bomb or other M1A2s.

I know you're a couple of intellectually challenged trolls, but note the phrase "regulatory overreach" in my post. The state of Mississippi's goal isn't consistent medical standards (do they apply the same admitting privliege requirements for endodontists, plastic surgeons, orthopedists, eye laser surgeons, dermatologists, etc? Or just abortion providers?) The goal, and at least the governor has the integrity to admit it, is to force the one clinic out of business.

Let's give the Eritreans some Abrams and make this a reality.

Preposterous. The M1A2 isn't even the best MBT of its era; that's the Leopard 2.

It only seems like that because the US Army is too chicken**** to fight real countries.

Ensuring that abortion clinics have access to hospitals after their inevitable botches is 'regulatory overreach'? Don't you believe in protecting women, MtG?

The problem is that you conflate human rights with citizenship. Human rights exist for all humans (which is a biological distinction, not a legal status like that moron MtG said). Human rights are universal and egalitarian. Citizenship is a legal status within a specific government. You can be human and not be a citizen of the United States.

I actually thought about saying Leopard 2 or Merkava 4 to throw Drake off, but felt sure that if I did, Drake would either say Challenger 2 or Abrams...

Quibble with my US Army crack so I can post about how the Marines did all the hard fighting in Desert Storm and OIF.

Apparently you can't read. The clinic has contractual arrangements for admission of patients from the clinic, to be treated by physicians affiliated with the hospitals. The hospitals refuse to grant admitting privileges to qualified physicians at the clinic due to a desire to avoid political controversy. In short, women can be admitted and treated under existing contracts. That is not what the state is looking for.

Is it regulatory overreach to require abortionists to sterilize their wire coat hangers between procedures? Or should abortion be "safe, legal, and rare?"

So rules shouldn't apply to abortionists, but if a worker is unhappy with his union he can go **** himself.

Suck me. "Human rights" are a legal construction, nothing more. Go to any totalitarian government in the world, and ***** about the violation of your human rights and listen to them laugh while they do whatever the **** they want. There is nothing "universal" about human rights - unless human governing authorities decide to proclaim such. Then there's still nothing universal unless they actually enforce it. Why don't you go someplace outside the fat-ass protected US where the concept of human rights is laughable then proclaim your "uinversal and egalitarian" horse**** while they saw your ****ing head off with a dull knife.
