I gave specific dates. locations, the name of the archbishop and the basis for the excommunication of Hus years earlier. All of which are undisputed, available in multiple catholic and non-catholic sources. No absolution was ever granted. All conveniently ignored by you in your obsessive focus on proving a missed point. It doesn't matter what the Council of Constanz did wrt excommunication of Hus - he had already been excommunicated for over three years and the prior excommunication was in effect. All the pronouncement at the council did was restate what was already in effect and published years prior, as a pro forma part of sentencing Hus to be burnt.

This is a perfect encapsulation of your intellectual limits, dishonesty and trolling games. In short, why you're a complete ass worth no further acknowledgement or response.

I don't remember the highest degree Ben has, but if he has a masters degree in history, he is indeed an historian. The master is the degree that makes a person educated in history into an historian. Of course, this degree is highly specialized, my own was on Norwegian news papers and missionary organizations' presentation of the Egyptian Copts in the years 2000-2010. Highly specialized indeed.

As I've said previously - at present I only have a bachelor's degree. I have, depending on how you count it, anywhere from 8 to 3 years teaching experience at both the secondary and tertiary level as a tutor and a high school teacher. This stuff here falls in my purview of what I have to teach, so yes, I would expect that I would have more familiarity with this particular topic than most.

The church is a piece of crap in a lot ways but I'm going to a big funeral next week and it's going to be great because I will see all my cousins, and their children, and I get to show off mine, we will all dress up and my Aunt will get a truly wonderful send off with singing and solemnity and we will all feel better for it, have lots of food and tears and laughs and hugs with so many happy memories to share, including of people who have passed long ago and recall our hope of seeing them again one day.
