Yes. I'd put fetuses in a blender and make smoothies every morning if it kept me alive.

What do embryonic stem cells have to do with fetuses?

Stem cells are usually retrieved from leftover embryos created by in vitro fertilization. If they weren't used for research, they would simply be discarded.

            You're an idiot.

Fun, we agree on many things. The difference is that I actually use my brain and think coherently about stuff, and you just regurgitate far-left boilerplate.

              When?

I kid, of course... because you are generally all right (not that my opinion should matter to you). However, if I may offer some feedback... I notice you sometimes have issues sorting through more nuanced statements... and draw inferences beyond what would be considered reasonable.

I'd be equally ok with ripping the hearts out of newborns and eating it. Same difference.

So it's ok to kill useless people and use their remains to benefit us? Hey, Hobo stew! Yum.

I'm pretty sure the 13th Amendment would still apply regardless of the method of spawning. But don't let me interrupt a good BK logic leap.
Oh, so we aren't allowed to own embryos then?

Not even the Bible agrees with the "fetus=newborn" idea. You should really find a less heretical denomination of Christianity to follow.

Leave the kid alone, most of us were just like him (or worse) at his age.

                          BK or HC?

I like both... just expressing some frustration with HC... perhaps tempered with the kind of loving remarks an older brother would offer.

Considering it's more to do with responses to my statements, I'll gladly place the blame on myself for not communicating more effectively.

                          I won't deny being an *******.

Haha... you won't win this battle BK. It this really a hill you want to die on?

Hosea 9:11-16“Ephraim shall bring forth his children to the murderer. Give them, 0 Lord: what wilt thou give? Give them a miscarrying womb and dry breasts. . .Ephraim is smitten, their root is dried up, they shall bear no fruit: yea though they bring forth, yet will I slay even the beloved fruit of their womb.”

                              God murdered the unborn.

Numbers 5:11-21 But if you have gone astray while married to your husband and you have made yourself impure by having sexual relations with a man other than your husband”— 21 here the priest is to put the woman under this curse—“may the Lord cause you to become a curse[b] among your people when he makes your womb miscarry and your abdomen swell.

God punishes adultery by killing the unborn.

Numbers 31:17 (Moses) “Now therefore kill every male among the little ones, and kill every women that hath known man by lying with him.”

                              God kills unborn males... SEXISM!

Hosea 13:16 “their women with child shall be ripped up”.

Wow... about on par with my blender idea.

I could do this all day BK. Converts ain't got nothing on those who have been taught the Bible since birth.

I asked a simple question. Would you be OK with it?

Sava's post was very on-point and honest.

                                HC's post was evasive.
I came upon a barroom full of bad Salon pictures in which men with hats on the backs of their heads were wolfing food from a counter. It was the institution of the "free lunch" I had struck. You paid for a drink and got as much as you wanted to eat. For something less than a rupee a day a man can feed himself sumptuously in San Francisco, even though he be a bankrupt. Remember this if ever you are stranded in these parts. ~ Rudyard Kipling, 1891
