You know, maybe it's just me, but I think he was kidding about that. Also, to be fair, if they were legal, they'd still be prohibitively expensive (like million dollars expensive) and it would be impossible to get ammo.

Actually the report was wrong. His mother wasn't a teacher, though she may have been a volunteer assistant sometime in the past. The shooter didn't come in through the front door, he broke in through a window. His activity was concentrated in 2 classrooms. This is what I think happened. The killers mother didn't love him, and she might have had mental illness too. She probably wasn't a good mother. The killer told her before he killed her that after he killed her he was going to the school she volunteered at and kill all of the kids that she loved because he was jealous.I drank beer.
