Question: Has a class action suit ever been launched against the NRA? The shooter knew how to load and fire different types of guns. Was he trained? Why couldn't the parents/families of the victims sue whoever the organization was that trained the shooter? The organization was negligent in allowing him to train on and have access to firearms. Couldn't a nation wide coalition of victim's families make this a national lawsuit?
