Jon Miller: MikeH speaks the truth
Jon Miller: MikeH is a shockingly revolting dolt and a masturbatory urine-reeking sideshow freak whose word is as valuable as an aging cow paddy.

Where does it say he rejected shelter? It says he was offered shelter on several occasions, but shelter isn't always available. That suggests that it was temporary shelter that he accepted on prior occasions.
No, I did not steal that from somebody on Something Awful.

Fargo, ND (WDAY TV) -- A collaborative program is trying to take down the growing homeless problem in the area.

Each month, more than 100-people don't have a place to stay at night. So the F-M Sheltering Churches Project is starting earlier than ever.

The project kicks off this Sunday, when people who are turned away from shelters due to overflow will be able to find warmth at local churches.

Swiers: "we've never seen the number of homeless individuals that we're seeing today, ever"

Shelters across the Valley are at max capacity, and have been for 18 months. Now they're sending more than 100 people away each month, as the weather gets colder. But beginning December 2nd, 13 area churches have volunteered to help in overflow situations. Men, women, and children without a bed at a shelter, can be screened and sent to the temporary site.

Koesterman: "This year the demand appears to be greater, and so we are anxious to begin providing shelter and we are issuing a call and an appeal to the community once again."

Swiers: "As the weather turns colder, it is, as we know in this part of the country, it is not just dangerous but potentially deadly for folks to be out in the elements in this weather."

Each church will take turns, providing shelter for one week at a time and creating enough space for about 25 people. The program runs until the end of March and still needs volunteers and help funding.

Fargo is one of those places where you really really don't want to be stuck outside in the winter.

Probably not. Ever heard of levees and dikes? I'd be willing to bet it would be cheaper to do land reclamation in NYC and other low-lying major cities than force everyone to massively cut economic productivity and wealth in order to stem global warming.

When going with fantastical nonsense you should aim a little higher. We could for instance build moon bases to relocate them too. This would be cheaper than a carbon tax which would obviously rape and kill us all.
