Well, I suppose if the employer couldn't find employees due to lack of health insurance coverage which covers things the employees want covered, then it would have to provide it.

The employer should not be obligated to cater to your religious beliefs. Moreover, the government should not be able to obligate people to violate their beliefs.

I don't really have much in way of marketable skills. My primary career goal has been to get a full-time community college teaching career but that's been my goal since six years ago. The department chair at the college I'm teaching online for right now though, says he will provide me with a good letter of recommendation and hopefully that will make me more competitive when I get back to applying for teaching positions again.

I'd be interested in office/clerical work in administrative support, secretarial, and office support. But I don't have previous experience in that type of work yet, which means companies will hire experienced workers over me. But I apply for those types of jobs nevertheless when I can.

I don't have a sugar daddy; I have a partner. But yeah, I have thought about getting an Associates degree in something business/office related.

But the fact is, work experience is far more valuable than a degree in anything. So I'm in a catch twenty-two; I need experience to get work, but I don't have the experience to get work.

Unless some community college in my area has a deal with some companies for internships?

The reality is that discrimination happened in the private sector, pretending history didn't happen because it doesn't match up with your simplistic economic models is just absurd.

I have no sub pretensions. You make a strawman of my views. You've made enough strawmen now for an entire barn full. I simply make the point that the private sector has a direct monetary incentive to end discrimination that the academy does not and that this mean it ended sooner there than in the public sector where it was legal and possible to hire qualified black applicants.
