You worry about the Latins but from what we observe from Ben, the Canuks need more monitoring
Any views I may express here are personal and certainly do not in any way reflect the views of my employer. Tis the rising of the moon..

Look, I just don't anymore, okay?

So why should the employee be obligated to cater to the employer's religious beliefs?

It will help me out. In 2014, I will finally be able to realistically get health care insurance that I can actually afford.

You could try getting a decent job before then. The admin sells the current environ as a recovery after all. Surely you have marketable skills.

I don't really have much in way of marketable skills. My primary career goal has been to get a full-time community college teaching career but that's been my goal since six years ago. The department chair at the college I'm teaching online for right now though, says he will provide me with a good letter of recommendation and hopefully that will make me more competitive when I get back to applying for teaching positions again.

I'd be interested in office/clerical work in administrative support, secretarial, and office support. But I don't have previous experience in that type of work yet, which means companies will hire experienced workers over me. But I apply for those types of jobs nevertheless when I can.

Shouldn't you see if Sugar Daddy will pay for you to get an Associate's Degree in something useful? It would help the job search.

So you admit that you have nothing to offer society and yet somehow feel the need to teach America? Not only that, but you even have the audacity to demand tax payer money for yourself. Becoming something more than useless should be a top priority for you I would think.

I don't have a sugar daddy; I have a partner. But yeah, I have thought about getting an Associates degree in something business/office related.

But the fact is, work experience is far more valuable than a degree in anything. So I'm in a catch twenty-two; I need experience to get work, but I don't have the experience to get work.

Unless some community college in my area has a deal with some companies for internships?

I have no sub pretensions. You make a strawman of my views. You've made enough strawmen now for an entire barn full. I simply make the point that the private sector has a direct monetary incentive to end discrimination that the academy does not and that this mean it ended sooner there than in the public sector where it was legal and possible to hire qualified black applicants. Money talks.
