Fine by me. Employers should be able to hire and fire for whatever reason they choose. Discrimination lawsuits are tremendously expensive (not to mention often/usually frivolous) and employers already have a huge incentive not to discriminate.

No, I mean, discriminating actually costs them money in the absence of legal ramifications. If they don't allow, for instance, black customers, then they lose customers. If they don't allow black job applicants they're passing up qualified applicants.Comment
