If Congress thinks funding NASCAR sponsorships is a good idea then we're doomed.

Then we are doomed many times over, because I assure you, the budget is filled with **** like that.
No, I did not steal that from somebody on Something Awful.

Advertising is a perfectly effective means to get more people to join the military.

The only problem with it is that we probably shouldn't have more people joining the military; it's effective at doing something bad.

I dont even get the point of advertising military careers.

The point is, we don't need it, and it's nothing but another puff of air in our inflated federal budget.

I find it intriguing how the first priority for Dinner is to cut something that is a core government function. That's like cutting gas out of your budget while loading up on poodle clothes.

                The Coca-Cola corporation also advertises.

If it encourages more people to attempt to join the military, then the military has a bigger recruiting pool from which it can select good candidates. There's nothing wrong with that. If we want to reduce the number of people the military employes, we should legislate it, not make it harder for them to recruit.

Maybe if you'd watched more NASCAR you wouldn't have had to do porn.

I would have wound up killing half the barracks with my clumsiness, so I say its a net win for myself and the country.

Good candidates don't watch NASCAR, QED.

In this scenario, our house is crammed full of gas cans to the point of looking like an episode of Hoarders.

Our military budget is ****ing unsustainable. As is SS and Medicare. Trying to fix the budget by going after ****ing pissant PBS is the worst kind of demagoguery.

Is there any counter-advertising available that could discourage Albie from joining the military?
