The President of Palestine has repeatedly indicated that he's willing to recognize Israel. For that matter his predecessor, Yassir Arafat was willing to also willing to do so. The fact of the matter is that Israel will not accept a sovreign Palestinians nation. The 1968 partition called for an independant Jerusalem.

Considering that the international authority in question is the same one that calls zionism racist and constantly pumps out all manner of anti-semitic declarations and resolutions, why on earth should we listen to what they have to say? Why does an undemocratic body populated by tyrants and dictators have any moral authority?

A people move into a country inhabited by people of a different religion and they announce that they're forming a country for people of their religion? I can think of only one other country that officially proclaims itself as belonging to only one certain religion - Saudi Arabia. I rest my case.

What fraction of the membership of the UN are dictatorships? If any legislative body accepts representatives from members which have one party rule is that legislative body undemocratic? If so you should label the Commonwealth of Virginia undemocratic - Bedford County, amongst others, has only one political party, the Republican party.
