Guys if anyone is deserving of the "Perpetual Virgin title it has to be the Alby persona. He wants to talk about it constantly and is always starting threads about advancing his love life.

The BK persona does not stress it at all by comparison and while still purporting to be a virgin, would not win the title IMHO

More generally -- are we just attacking Ben out of thin air . .. I thought the article was a decent summary of why people are rarely convinced in an arguement. There was nothing new there but a decent summary.

Do not get me wrong-- Ben deserves much of what he gets on here and we have had our own go-rounds but are we at the point where people just pre-emptively strike out at him !!!

BUt for Alby there are multiple threads around on the topic while for Ben its at most a few side comments-- so for me the title still goes to Alby

Also there are days when a subservient wife actually seems like a good idea--- I love my my very much NOT subservient wife, but there are times when it would be nice to be the acknowledged leader LOL

At the same time, I've never seen him criticize somebody's sex life (unless it's to say "you're having too much sex," which IIRC he used to do before he decided that he wanted in on the action), while in contrast Ben thinks that everybody's sex life is flawed unless they're having completely unprotected heterosexual monogamous sex, and he's very vocal about this

He tends to get less vocal when I talk on that topic-- (or maybe he just got busy) but maybe he has a tougher time setting out reasons why sex between a man with a vasectomy and his wife is wrong or less good or what not
