With me it's because I'm really casual at interviews and turn them into personal conversations. I mean I'll be working with this person so mightaswell befriend them. Make them want to hire me like I'm already their friend, right? I find something we have in common and talk about that. Stuff like that. Half the time I feel like I'm the one giving the interview since I ask far more questions than they ask me and mine are 50% unrelated to the job. This time I definitely asked far more questions.
