What does this question have to do with your belief that the bible is god? What does my supposed inability to answer this question have to do with your belief that the bible is god?
        Just answer the question

So if verses in the Bible are false and the prophet in who wrote in says it's God's Word and not his own interpretation that's not a lie?! You must have manure in your head.

Now, please explain what (if anything) this has to do with your cowardly inability to tell your minister about your worship of the bible.
You said that not owning slaves was the standard for being a good christian (or person as you insisted for some reason). Then you blamed me for lowering the standard. Just another lie though. But then a steady flow keeps coming from you.

So you've been lying for the past eight pages when you said that the bible is god? You've been insulting people over this, and now you reject it? Awesome.

There is something fundamentally broken in you. A good person doesn't own slaves. In addition, a good person doesn't lie about the beliefs of others. You presumably don't own slaves, but you do lie about the beliefs of others; in fact, you apparently lie about your own beliefs as well, as you've been saying for the past eight pages that you worship the bible as god and now you are denying this.

Again, you don't understand what a lie is. If a prophet says something that is not completely true as a result of, e.g., human language being inadequate for recording the divine truth, then the prophet is not lying. A lie requires intent to distort the truth, much as you have intended to distort the truth of others' beliefs and of your own beliefs, ergo you have been lying.

I posted many MANY pages ago that in the Book of Revelations that it's Jesus. Don't accuse me of something when the problem is you.

                        • Kid, the problem is not that you have an incorrect interpretation of the bible - nobody has a perfect interpretation of it. The problem is that you refuse to budge on this interpretation, even going so far as to balk at discussing it with your minister. The problem is also that you have read a bare fraction of the bible, yet are willing to insult those who have read far more scripture than you for the sin of disagreeing with you. You are drowning in your own pride.

WT...? How is Thomas Jefferson evil because he owned slaves!

( are you playing stupid that you don't have any idea what 'standard' means?)

Oh this is rich. Are you saying that somebody owning slaves today would not be evil? If you agree that somebody owning slaves today would be evil, then how can you claim that Thomas Jefferson wasn't evil? Was the bible different in his time than in ours?

So it's ok to take it out of context and call it a lie?
