Yes, I have owned an SUV, but it was in no way a close substitute for the Yukon.12-17-10 Mohamed Bouazizi NEVER FORGET

1) How do you justify the information gap between most buyers and the complexity of financial instruments?
2) Aren't the same products incentive for insider tipping/trading?In Soviet Russia, Fake borises YOU.

The "best" product for insider trading is likely cash equities and listed derivatives; they are cheap to transact, they provide anonymity between buyer and seller, and the volume is enormous, disguising insider trading patterns. Further, I have my doubts about the advisability of insider trading rules, especially as currently being enforced (attempted to enforce?) by the SEC. (note that I personally do not trade anything more idiosyncratic than country-specific indices).12-17-10 Mohamed Bouazizi NEVER FORGET

Note that only a price-taker is guaranteed limited downside to his ignorance through competition; a price-maker has his ass hanging out on the line because he quotes actionable two-way prices on demand.12-17-10 Mohamed Bouazizi NEVER FORGET
