We can play the let's "find the most unflattering picture of one person and compare it to a glamour shot of another person game" all day long, if you'd like.

However, most of the day would be taken up by typing the name of game.

So where/what is Smokey's home? Alien, Devil?

Also, anyone who thinks Kate is hotter than Juliet has obviously never watched Gia.

Anyone who thinks Juliet is hotter than Kate is gay.

My prediction--whatever happened, happened. The bomb changes nothing. It does, however, create an alternative timeline that we have never seen before, that exists from 1977 up to 2004, when Desmond turns the key in the original timeline, reintegrating the disparate timelines, leaving no trace of the alternate. We will explore this alternate timeline a bit in Season Six, seeing what happens in the two (or so) months after 815 lands at LAX; somehow, the characters learn bits and pieces of what happened, and try to prevent original Des from reintegrating the timeline, but they fail.

This seems quite plausible after the premiere. I don't think the characters in the alternate timeline are going to try to stop Des from reintegrating the timeline, though. Smoky/Fake Locke's awesome speech about how Locke was the only person who realized how insignificant his life off the island had been (which is why he didn't want to leave) makes me think that the purpose of the alternate universe is to show the other castaways what Locke already knew, that they belong on the island and that staying is better for them than going back to their old lives. The castaways in the real timeline will realize this when Des reintegrates the timelines and they get the memories of their alternate selves.

Anyone who thinks Juliet is hotter than Kate is gay.

Yes, it's gay to prefer a woman who was hot enough to be chosen to lez out with a young Angelina Jolie to a boring Canadian.

I agree with your theory, not your choices in women.

Gia was 1998. Juliet may have been hot in 1998. She is not (actress caliber) hot now. Yes, Evangeline Lilly is a mouth breathing idiot, but she is smoking hot. Juliet's boobs are at her navel.

Holy ****ing ****, twenty different kinds of awesome.

Hurley the leader. Alternate Jack and Alternate John's interaction, finally giving us the inevitable "I can fix you" scene between them. Smokey doing its thing. Yet another Deadwood alumnus popping up. The Others being freaked the **** out by Zombie Sayid. Richard manhandling Ben. "It worked."

What the **** is going on in the Temple?

I think the Temple is the home that Smokey is talking about; remember, we've seen him in/under the walls surrounding the Temple, but not the Temple proper. That was what all the panic and ash spilling was about.

To those questioning Juliet's hotness, I refer you to two separate scenes of her topless, in bed, exposing what might be the sexiest back I've ever seen.

"QFT" is a grossly insufficient phrase to express how much I agree with this statement, but it's the best I can do.

The Frenchmen described him as a security device during Jin's flashback. I wonder why they would come to that conclusion.

As a side note, it's nice to see a Jap on the show after the Koreans have dominated things for so longs. I hope he and Jin get in a fist fight.
