Who Runs or Owns CFC?

It feels like the average age of posters there is a lot younger than here. I bet just about everybody in our Off-Topic is in their 20s or older. A lot of the CFC posters seem like they're 15ish. For example one kid said,

Nobody here would argue on the basis of stereotypes. Nor do people here conflate powder cocaine (bad but not terrible) with delicious delicious crack. Plenty of people can do coke on weekends and work like normal people, but once that crack hits your lungs, it's just so good. Work can wait.

Huh, he popped up in the Civ4 forums to start trouble and talk about how "great" CFC is also.

I started posting about global warming at WPC and he went Internet P.I. on me and tracked down every internet post I've ever made, and started linking them in the thread to smear me.

Should see some of the search hits to my wordpress blog, upwards of a dozen Boolean operators to track me down via Google. I'd have thought Echelon was doing it's latest psychological profile of me. Turns out it was just some AGW hysteric.

Here's hoping my personal info doesn't end up in a certain WPC mod's hands.

Out of curiosity, how does a site automatically get flagged as game related? Is there something you put in the address or something?

Just be glad it was marked as a gaming site before it was marked as a terrorism site for having "fanatics" in the domain name.

Frankly, I'd make the same argument. Flame me as uniformed, but doing crack is generally not associated with productivity.

I will say thatt CFC has been very helpful all the times I went on a mission to get answers for Call to Power, CIV IV and when I was niave and tried to do something with the abomination known as CIVIII

Of course, I didnt go with a mission to make a statement, Lefty helped on several occasions as did Thunderfall. Im sure CFC has set a standard and most know not to stand up and start anything, not saying anyone here did, just sharing its been known for years ifin your crusin you can get a bruisin.......

I go to CFC once in a while because I actually still play civ4, and Poly really doesn't have nearly as much content for the actual game (talking here about Mods and Mod components).

I have never ventured to post in their Off-Topic though. Threads like this over the years have been enough to make me think its not worth it.
