I think it was put into place by the old admins to prevent page flooding, instead of just making a script or something to prevent it.

On that point DanQ did such enormous damage to this site, IMO, that its no wonder things are the way they are. Hell i thought about sending /FWZ/ in here many times under his "regime," but there is really no lulz in it, other that to point out how obsolete and backwards everything around here has become because of him, but everybody knows that already.

Now im beginning to think Bumfister and co knows this and is actually trying to SAVE this place. Good luck, boys.
