Under the new OT that seems like more of a 6 month ban situation at most ... and there have been general amnesties since. The problem is I don't see Paiktis in the member list. Is that the exact spelling?

This isn't a general amnesty. Those serving bans that were earned under the current rules will serve their bans.

I received a reply from Avast and they say the problem has been fixed. (Might not fix until the next update though, not sure what the problem is or how it gets fixed.)
