First off, where do you get off saying I would run my business like that? I don't. I don't really give a **** bout it.

However, I do believe private employers have the right to hire whomever they want. If you aren't the kind of person they want and feel will be a good fit for them, well that's entirely within their rights. I don't believe parishes should be forced to hire people who aren't Catholic, and I don't believe that muslims should have to do the same.

I never claimed it was for all employers. I claimed it was for all private employers. I was wrong about that, but right that they do permit some measure of discrimination.

Secondly, rah's claim was discrimination was not permitted. This is false. Clearly some discrimination is permitted.

Question I have is why 15? That's a rather arbitrary number.
