It's completely unprofessional. If it were my forum I'd ban em both and let God sort it out but it ain't. As it is Dale's actions were wrong. He's not willing to apologise or make amends, so I don't see why anything but permabanning is an option. That says nothing about Asher though.

They have to determine what is or is not abuse by the Administration and what is indeed the appropriate punishment.

Like they have stated, its a private owned site and they do what they want, take it for what its worth, they dont have to do anything, then they could simply shut the site down???

I think this is very easy to blow out of proportion is all i'm saying. Dale stepped over a mark for sure - but really all the shrill "death threat" stuff is just play acting for us internet eyeballs. If asher really felt this was serious i'm sure he would take steps rather than just use it to make the admins here look like slackers.

I'm inclined to lean this way as well. Asher has a way of getting under people's skin. Dale has made a lot of good contributions to the forum. Then again Dale's been banned recently, and has escalated his violations. I'm glad I'm not a mod here.

My thought exactly. When something is wicked enough to put Ben K. and Asher on the same team, there's obviously a problem to be dealt with. I hardly know who this Dale is, but that PM was just atrocious, nothing less.
