That was the other question Sho had for me this morning, how to work the metal bar of the posts into the metal bar of the facing.

Yeah, its really going to look great.

Sho asked me to ask you about the height of the surface of the second floor above the first. Tito had instructed him 10', I recall you had mentioned 9' ceilings...

I had a long chat with Tito who really does know his way around the practical end. My point was that every time you elevate the second story one foot you add 1.5 steps and the area required to place those steps. He's on top of that...we had a good discussion. Also, we agreed that the steps should determine the exact height of the second floor.
I agree with your plan. (Actually, what I said was three meter ceilings, which is aprox. 9' 9".)

Huh. When you double post, always add a pic.

Theben, you looking for a job or what?

While the guys were discussing some detail of my plan to tie the post to the facing I got in and shot this...

I think that opinion in the United States is decidedly different from the rest of the world because we have a free press -- by free, I mean a virgorously presented right wing point of view on the air and available to all.- Ned

There's something I'd like to fix Zkrib. I figured the cook job to be maybe 5 hours which would encompass the two snacks and lunch. Narry not so. Malou is out the door at 8AM to the market to shop for the crew. Daily she stops by the work site with her little broom to clean up...

I'd like to go P200 for the cook and retrofit it from day one. Currently its 150. OK? I know you told me to handle such stuff but I figure its better to ask.

Clear water today, no storms recently...besides the rain we had the other day.

                        Hiring folks is your job.
Adjusting salary rates is my job -- although I'll most likely go for your recommendations.
                        I'll P.M. you.

                              Lancer --
                              (1) What's the situation on the circumferance wall along the stream bed?

I know the seawall got put in without the drainage you wanted. Can we run underground pipes (with holes punched in their topside) down and out by the stream to drain the property? Or is the wall already up on that side?

                              (2) Any suggestions for where the septic tank should go? Once we* bury it, we'll be left with some fill, and so we won't need to bring in as much limestone.

You have a stream on your property?
