Yes, and I always get screwed over fiddling with city production when my turn starts!In most cases, I move my units, end my turn, and then do whatever city maint I can while waiting for the other players to finish their turn.
I haven't tried Civ4 at all. Is it really worth the switch? I still play and enjoy civ2.Scouse Git (2) La Fayette Adam Smith Solomwi and Loinburger will not be forgotten.

4 has many more layers of complexity, especially if you come to it directly from 2 (as I did). I found the jump to be very challenging: lots of ingrained habits to be unlearned, but LOTS more potential for creative strategic thinking.
