Just b/c they have their act together now doesn't mean it will happen. I don't know the ins and outs of parliamentary procedure but I am sure (by the Martin example) a confidence vote can be avoided for awhile. The Conservatives need this deal to fall apart (for whatever reason).
Then of course is the GG. I can't see her agreeing to prorogue but I'm not entirely convinced she won't call a new vote. I'll wait to see that.
