Then again, you can call it for Alexander as he has most points and is almost certainly going to win if you go all the way to the end (unless most of the pro-Alexander people suffer horrible accidents which prevents posting).

So what exactly does Alexander have over Genghis as a conquerer? Both never lost a campaign but Genghis clearly started with practically nothing while Philip built a force capable of large campaigns of territorial expansion before Alexander, who did in fact inherit rulership of an entire kingdom, ever had to so much as lift a finger.
Genghis conquered a larger area overall but Alexander probably conquered a larger fraction of the world's population. The total world population was probably at least 4 times larger in Genghis' time and the urban settled areas he conquered were probably about as large and populous as those Alexander conquered.
So. Why not give the edge to to Genghis?Comment
