Modern man calls walking more quickly in the same direction down the same road “change.”
The world, in the last three hundred years, has not changed except in that sense.
The simple suggestion of a true change scandalizes and terrifies modern man. -Nicolás Gómez Dávila

Napoleon was about as successful as Hitler (and no, that don't count as Godwin ), i.e. he was defeated pretty quick by a coalition and had to leave the conquered lands.
But Napoleon was also the general actually in charge of the army, while Hitler was a paper pusher.
And the coalition took some time to beat Napoleon.

At which point was the bias most evident at the previous H&H?
What makes you think this will be done soon given how long it took to get rid of sul the mag and charl when both had reached less than 10 each?
This will be over quickly as i am about to start using my new creative math formula for deducting and adding points, i've already seen many good ways how to do it in this thread .
In previous H&H some posters kept their own nation/cv and some nations/civs got for current biases, like France and US. I think it ended when three civs were left.. of course, i could be wrong and everyone just voted honestly with best intentions in mind .

QFT. Along with Hitler, he's teh only "great conqueror" on teh original list who died in defeat and disgrace.
