                          • How can someone at this moment vote against Genghis? The guy was basically alone with his brothers and had to fight all his way through enemies. Caesar OTOH had the war machine of the most powerful Empire behind him in order to conquer a petty province - which was the ONLY thing he conquered, victories in civil wars don't count.
