I don't know why he saved my life. Maybe in those last moments he loved life more than he ever had before. Not just his life - anybody's life, my life. All he'd wanted were the same answers the rest of us want. Where did I come from? Where am I going? How long have I got? All I could do was sit there and watch him die.

Jimmy Dean isn't always available. He goes for the gold. If his product isn't up to standard, he doesn't put it out.

To say nothing of "Big Bad John".

Quebec doesn't deserve one. Too few good things to say.

          Sorry.

Texas has also given you these awesome gaming companies & games

id Software (Wolfenstein, Commander Keen, Doom)
Origin (Ultima, Ultima Online, Wing Commander)
            3d Realms (Duke Nukem)
Ion Storm Dallas (Anachronox, Daikatana (ok, not so much awesome))
Ion Storm Austin (Deus Ex, Thief)
            Simtex (Master of Magic)
            Destination Games (Tabula Rasa)
            Digital Anvil (Freelancer)

There used to be an EA Studio in Austin (it's what was left of Origin), and I know Midway also has a studio down there, and I'm sure I've missed a few indie houses as well.

Texas - messing with your computer games since at least 1980!
But there's no sense crying over every mistake. You just keep on trying till you run out of cake.

It's not that big. It just seems so by US standards.

                    From "the source":

Texas: 261,797 square miles (678,051 km²)

Ontario: 415,598 square miles (1,076,395 km²)

                    Kind of tiny actually.

It's as big as England and France combined. About 900 miles, give or take, each way. Doesn't need to be any bigger.

Ontario's the largest province by far, but only when you include all the Great lakes too. Only about 365 k square kms without the lakes.

When you're driving the southern route across country and you hit Texas, it's like you're in Texas forever. When you enter Texas you're still east coastish, when you leave, well you're in the west, and you're older.
