Actually, we think you should accept the decisions of the independent, sovereign countries on your borders.
Fine. But when we decide that we should stop subsidize the hostile regimes of Ukraine and Georgia and strat to sell them our gas for market prices, when we decide that Poland and Czechia should be a targets for our ICBMs and cruise missiles, in case if your military hardware will be installed there, then you SHOULD ACCEPT our desicions, becuse Russia is the SOVERIGN, INDEPENDENT COUNTRY.

I don't know about Russia itself but the economic collapse of the Soviet republics had its roots far beyond the collapse of the Soviet Empire itself. Unless you can explain why Poland (for example) suddenly became backward industrially and burdened with debt overnight as you suggest rather than over a period of years as claimed by many people.
You don't get it. I don't claim that the Soviet economy was fine and healthy. I claim that collapse of the USSR made situation from bad to worse.
Try to prove otherwise.
It's for you to prove your curious little assertions, not I. It seems to me that the collapse of the onerous Empire only served to help expose the rot and decay that had taken over and allow things to improve in the Eastern block.

For those who aspire to live in a high cost, high tax, big government place, our nation and the world offers plenty of options. Vermont, Canada and Venezuela all offer you the opportunity to live in the socialist, big government paradise you long for. –Senator Rubio
Compared to the economic situation in the Soviet Empire before collapse?

What was the economy like Serb? These problems you complain about didn't appear overnight.

Nope. You can't separate two different (but interconnected) diseases.
If you mean the system of government of the USSR and it's organization of economy can be distinguished, that is an interesting argument. I doubt very much if they could be seperated short of a calamity though.
Take the PRC for example. For them to reform and leave the centrally planned economy behind it only took the disitegration of the Soviet Empire and then the Soviet Union itself to deliver the message not only that it didn't work, but to show the leadership where it ended up if they clung too long to ideas long worthy of a good burial.
