I'll break it down for you. What that means is that it is legal for a 15 year old to have sex with a 15 year old. Indeed it also means that a 15 year old can have sex with an 18 year old (or 14 year old with a 17 year old) and it is perfectly legal.

Perhaps less insults would be in the cards for you.

Even in her state her parents can find her incompteneet to handle her affairs and put her away till she is not a minor. I dont care what the books say.
