And you don't seem to understand the age of consent bit. The AoC is 16 which means she is fully legally able to consent to sex at the age of 16. Her parents do not write laws or enforce laws.

Ozzy, if it is a situation where there is an adult (the gut in the case) and someone under 18(not age of consent,18) then the adult can still be prosecuted for statutory rape, regardless of age of consent.

Says who? You guys don't seem to understand the law at all. The age of consent is the only law that matters in this case. In PA it is 16. So a 16 can legally have sex with who he/she pleases. It is the parent's right to ground or punish how they see fit, but it isn't statutory rape.

§ 3122.1. Statutory sexual assault.

Except as provided in section 3121 (relating to rape), a person commits a felony of the second degree when that person engages in sexual intercourse with a complainant under the age of 16 years and that person is four or more years older than the complainant and the complainant and the person are not married to each other.

Also, since she is misrepresenting her age and is over 14, the guy also can't be prosecuted for mistakenly believing her to be of legal age:

I'll break it down for you. What that means is that it is legal for a 15 year old to have sex with a 15 year old. Indeed it also means that a 15 year old can have sex with an 18 year old (or 14 year old with a 17 year old) and it is perfectly legal.

Solike if my friend gave them to me, then me n one of my other friends were smoking them and some copper came over and asked us how old we are and we told him our ages... no harm done? not that i smoke.
