A point they already have Mike, unless them FiFa morons changed the rules again!!
Is God willing to prevent evil, but not able? Then he is not omnipotent. Is he able, but not willing? Then he is malevolent. Is he both able and willing? Then whence cometh evil? Is he neither able nor willing?

I keep forgetting they drew that game, they didn't deserve a point.

That's the fun part of English, doesn't matter where you put the words, it's always correct.

Unfortunately I missed all of yesterdays games. But we're starting with what could be a doozy today. I've never bee a fan of the Spanish cos of their antics but there's no denying their skill. If they can stay away from the theatrics they look like they could be a real threat. The Ukraine are no lightweights.
I had to laugh at Andy Townsend befor the Spain game. Gullit was trying explain about the Catalans/Basques and why there was sometimes discord in Spanish teams. Townsends answer to this age old problem? "The coach needs to sort it out!"

Ukraine, who were fancied by some as outsiders, could take the USA's place at the bottom of the wooden spoon table at this rate.

If the off-sides weren't given, it could have been a different game.

As far as I'm concerned they're still outsiders, they just need a referee that's not been bribed by the opposition
That said, they're not playing at half their usual level, I guess unlike the Spanish they're not used to the heat (most of the players play for Ukranian or Russian clubs, not exactly countries known for their hot climate)...
After Argentina and Brazil the Ukraine were the strongest team in the qualifiers. If the weather improves I still see them go far in this tournament.
