Yeah, crank is speed and it's out of control in rural California. Hell, I have a good friend I've known since grade school who can't kick the habit even after years of trying. He's been arrested for it a number of times, they let him out on parole, he pisses hot, they send him back to jail... Repeat ad nosium.

My wife was hooked on crank when we first met. Not like I was any better as a pot head and acid tripper... We are both clean now, and have been for years, but it took a lot of effor for us to get ourselves clean.

Stupid question, did you use a lawyer for your custody hearing? if yes get a better one. the law has nothing to do with justice, only with how has the best lawyer. have been through a divorce and custody, so i cam sympathise.

              And in the house.

In affordable housing, a big problem is residual meth from former meth labs. The meth sticks around and contaminates the building and people get sick. Smoking it isn't quite as bad as the manufacturing process but leaves behind chemicals as well. So, get a friend to visit, have him or her complain about the toxins, and get the place searched.

Also, and I suspect you didn't want to hear this, crank puts your little boy more at risk (forgive me, I tend to think in technical terms due to my wife - we keep three DSM-IV's in the house). Google Methamphetimine psychosis. It's not pretty. Definitely do the background research, find the fellow sex partners/user, and find who will talk to CPS. Also use the resouces as recommended by the other posters.

Anytime you get your boy after he has been alone with your wife, examine him for bruises. Talk to counselors at your college to see how to deal with this, I have absolutely no idea how to deal with this in the context of a six year old. If you see any bruises, at any point, call the police. You must protect yourself in this case, since you have yelled at her, if there are any witnesses you could end up being the person the system tries to blame. Be careful, and good luck to all of you.

My ex always claimed it helped her be more productive. Staying up for 4 days at a time and crashing when she didnt have any more meth. Of course she dropped about 40 lbs and looked like she was starving to death. Finally her vainity won out and the thought of wasting away into nothing forced her to get help.

It's a ****ing waste It was worse than having them die suddenly in a car accident. Just wasting away.

So sorry to hear about this Kid. As you know more than anyone, your son is more important than her. I don't have any legal advice. I do know that in similar situations one or both sets of grandsparents stepped in and took the child when the courts couldnt decide which parent was best. Is there any reason to expect any help from her parents or your own.

In my cousins case he married and later on when his wife was pregnant she started using drugs and at the time the courts simply would not give his daughter after she was born over to him even though he was not into drugs, so in order to remove her from his wife's reach my aunt and uncle stepped in and hired a lawyer and won custody. That was 16 years ago and she still under my aunts guardenship. In another case both parents were unfit and using drugs so the mother and father of the male was asked to get involved and now have custody.

Ok. I got the hair from that disgusting *****. She tried to hug me. After I pushed her away she started in on me. Then she called the guy over that she's ****ing. He looks like he just got out of prison. He acts even more like he just got out of prison. He was trying to start a fight. I just told him that I don't give a **** about him, and that she's cheated on me with some many people that I really don't care anymore. What a ****ing whore she is. Anyway what do I do with the hair. I don't have a lawyer yet.

                        Sprayber,

I don't know of anyone in my family who would take custody of him, but I really do just want to make sure that he is safe from her.

Get your son! He may not be aware of all the details today, but he will thank you immensely in a few years.

All this advice, first of all kid nobody is going to accept your word that that hair you pulled came out of her head. If you cant for what ever reason raise your child on your own, you might be sol if you cant prove she is a druggie. Im not sure what state your from but all the laws differ. The one thing you can do is get cps involved and let them handle the rest ,if you cant take the child, The worst, he goes to foster care for a bit then somebody in your family if not you can get him.
You taking her hair and testing it yourself is gonna be inadmissiable in court.
When you find yourself arguing with an idiot, you might want to rethink who the idiot really is.

Thanx Mrs. Tuberski. I figured that. I'm pretty sure she has stuff in her past. Her parents have custody of her first child. I don't have any contact with them, but I'm pretty sure that they have custody of her first child because she has a very ugly past. I just need to hire a private investigator and a lawyer. I don't care if I have to steal to get the money.

Can you? If you need, let me recommend you some, I have friends who may be able to help. One of my good friend's dad retired a few years ago, he was the head of fureinsics for the Fresno PD. Also, I have another friend who is a P.I... The hair may help, it may not be able to be used to convict her for anything, but it may be able to be used for other things... like finding out what drugs she is on and who is supplying her with them.
