  • I'm split up with my wife agian.

I'm staying in a hotel room across the street from my university.

Some of you may not remember the last time it happened to me. It was about a year and a half ago. She took my son to another county and started getting ****ed up on drugs. I tried to get temporary custody for my son but the judge turned me done. My wife couldn't take care of my son because everytime she moved in with someone they kicked her out. I ended up moving her back to Fresno with me, because I was too worried about my son. Too bad. She's starting the same **** again of course. She's sleeping with people (men, women and kids) in the neighborhood. The worse part is that my son thinks everything is my fault because I yell. He doens't understand how hard it is not too.

This time is different from last time because I feel much better than the last time I seperated from her.

Did you divorce back then or just seperated? Is there any chance at getting the kid?

Is God willing to prevent evil, but not able? Then he is not omnipotent. Is he able, but not willing? Then he is malevolent. Is he both able and willing? Then whence cometh evil? Is he neither able nor willing?
Then why call him God? - Epicurus

I gave up on the divorce after my tempory custody got denied. I think I should have went through with it and then ask the judge to order her to take a drug test and psychological exam.

Can you try to do that now? Or is it too late?

Yes. I believe that the divorce is still on the books or whatever the word is. All you have to do is ask for another court date, but we lived in another county so I'm not sure.

                  Sorry to hear about that.

All I can say is good luck, and I hope that you get a kick ass lawyer for your divorce case(one that knows just about every trick your wife will pull and how to defend against them).

on the divorce, always go through with it, getting re-married is fairly cheap if you decide that, but getting everything rolling on a divorce is very expensive.

Thanx. I don't have any money for a lawyer. I didn't back then either. It's like 2 thousand for a good one.

No it's University Inn. It's right across from the Save Mart Center. It's nice. High speed internet, HBO, and a shower with high pressure.
