I'm confused by what you mean by diplomacy.
Diplomacy in the US means something totally different than everywhere else in the world.
US diplomacy are cruise missiles and aircraft carriers, everywhere else uses traditional diplomacy.
And traditional diplomacy is the the art of saying "Nice doggy" until you can find a stick."The issue is there are still many people out there that use religion as a crutch for bigotry and hate. Like Ben."

And the Stampede isn't really a Stampede. It's basically a supersized State fair. Lots of rides, big-name musical acts performing for free, etc. There's also a world-class Rodeo and stuff, but no one pays attention to that.
And just don't talk about Alberta culture. It's actually culturally identical to almost everywhere else in western Canada, even central Canada (excluding Quebec).
